The hotel's rooms made me feel nauseous and dizzy until 1:30 am due to the additional bed delivery delay, and the staff was very rude despite paying a high price for the suite. However, the hotel's location is extremely convenient as it is near major tourist spots in Dubai and surrounded by Filipino restaurants for a variety of delicious food.
The hotel's location is excellent with direct access to the mall and close to Al Rigga where you can find a variety of shops and dining options. The rooms, though small for three people, come with a kitchen, but the smoking room caused discomfort with nausea and dizziness.
The hotel was like a picturesque postcard cut-out, but the noise level at 10 am was quite bothersome. Although they only sprayed air freshener in response to room complaints, the beauty of the rooms was undeniable. Overall, a visually stunning stay with some noise disturbance.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with balloons and elephant sculptures made from folded towels, and to top it off, there was a bottle of bubbly and a plate of cakes waiting for me. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were quiet spacious with a great view from the higher levels. Although I found the duty manager to be a bit arrogant, overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with interleading doors, a utility room, 2 toilets, a bathroom, a living room, balcony, and kitchen facilities which were impressive. The location is conveniently situated in the Central Deira area of Dubai, making everything easily accessible. The dining experience was varied and excellent, although some cleanliness issues were noted. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was a terrific experience. The rooms were very clean and having the kids and baby in a separate room while enjoying the included breakfast was a major plus. The only downside was a slight cigarette smell in the rooms.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, like a postcard come to life. The rooms were cute, with balloons and boxes of chocolates and toys for my son, but the wireless TV connection was a bit of a letdown for us, especially since my son couldn't watch his favorite cartoons from London on YouTube as he's used to.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The club suite I booked was huge and offered stunning views of the Dubai Creek and skyline, including the Burj Khalifa. However, the room wasn't ready upon our late arrival at 3:30 pm. There was also an issue with the cleanliness of the room, which required either a room spray or an additional AED 50 to secure a non-smoking room.
